1. Accepted Payment Methods & Advance Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfers, and Online Card Payments. Partial advance deposit may be required for high-value orders or custom optical lens cutting.
2. Cancellation Terms & Refund Process
Cancellations are accepted only prior to order dispatch or lens fabrication. Approved refunds are returned via original payment channel within 5 to 7 business days.
