Warranty Policy
Effective: July 2026
Branded Eyewear
Carries official manufacturer warranty as governed by brand brand terms (Ray-Ban, Oakley, Gucci, Tom Ford, etc.).
Non-Branded Items
Carry no long-term warranty unless explicitly specified on the product page at purchase.
1. Manufacturing Defect Claim Window
Any manufacturing defect or structural anomaly noticed upon opening must be reported to our customer service within three (3) days of delivery for inspection.
2. Warranty Coverage Exclusions
- Damage caused by accidental drops, extreme heat exposure, or pressure.
- Lens scratches resulting from cleaning with abrasive materials or clothing.
- Unauthorized third-party frame adjustments or alterations.
